After wiping and scrubbing, rinse the surface of the equipment with clean water to remove residual cleaning agents, and finally dry it with a dry cloth to prevent water stains from causing rust on the equipment.

2、 Gauze wiping: a choice for fine cleaning​

When the surface pollution of the equipment is severe, especially when there is a lot of oil stains, wiping with gauze is an effective cleaning method. Compared to ordinary cloths, gauze has a finer texture, good adhesion and friction, and can penetrate into the small gaps and textures on the surface of equipment, cleaning up oil stains and impurities, making the equipment surface brighter and cleaner. ​

When operating, first immerse the gauze in the prepared cleaning solution, fully wet it, and then wring it out to avoid dripping liquid. Then, wipe the surface of the device in order from left to right and top to bottom. For areas with heavy oil stains, the frequency and intensity of wiping can be appropriately increased. During the wiping process, it is important to promptly replace dirty gauze to avoid secondary contamination. However, wiping with gauze also has certain limitations. This method mainly relies on manual operation and the process is relatively cumbersome, especially for large production line equipment, which requires a lot of time and manpower and will reduce maintenance efficiency.

 

3、 Metal spraying: a new efficient cleaning method

Metal spray cleaning is an advanced cleaning method that can significantly improve cleaning efficiency and shorten maintenance time compared to traditional methods. The principle is to use professional equipment to spray metal particles or special cleaning materials at high speed onto the surface of the equipment, using impact and friction to remove dirt, oil, and impurities from the surface.

When using metal spray cleaning, the appropriate spray material and pressure should be selected based on the material, surface condition, and type of dirt of the equipment. For example, for equipment components with high hardness and rough surfaces, metal particles with moderate hardness can be selected for cleaning with higher spray pressure; For more precise and smooth surface components, soft cleaning materials should be used and the spray pressure should be reduced to prevent damage to the equipment.​

Although metal spray cleaning is efficient, there are also certain risks involved. If operated improperly, excessive spray pressure may cause scratches or dents on the surface of the equipment, affecting its appearance and performance. In addition, this method requires professional equipment and operators, and the initial equipment procurement and personnel training costs are relatively high. Therefore, before adopting metal spray cleaning, enterprises need to consider their actual needs, equipment condition, and cost budget comprehensively, and make cautious choices.
