Pipe Socket/Spigot Injection Machine

Our pipe socket/spigot injection machine can inject socket and spigot directly on pipe. Socket/spigot and connection parts are strong. By changing some parts, the machine can also produce straight joint. Compared with traditional injection machine, our machine can save machine cost by more than 80%!

The whole machine is controlled by PLC, with high automation, stable and reliable, lower power consumption. It can be applied to almost all structural wall pipes such as hollow wall winding pipe, carat pipe, double wall corrugated pipe, plastic steel reinforced pipe, steel belt corrugated pipe and other spiral pipe. The mold of our machine adopts temperature regulator, to increase efficiency and yield.

Automatic Control

Use Siemens touch screen and PLC. Whole system is integrated to realize automatic production.

Special Extruder for Injection

Use screw and barrel specially designed for injection, with high torque gearbox to ensure material can fully filled into the mould.

Linear Guide

Extruder use linear guide to move forward and back. This will ensure extruder will be in right place each time for injection.

Hydraulic Control

With hydraulic control of mould, ensure sufficient clamping force and good product quality.

Simple Structure of Mould

Mould with simple structure which can reduce production cost dramatically.

Adjustable Pipe Support

With motor drive to adjust central height of whole pipe support. Distance between two support plate can be adjusted by electric motor and linear guide.
