In the production process of corrugated pipes, the extruder head will penetrate deep into the mold cavity, and as each set of molds closes, the forming cavity of the corrugated pipe is formed. Subsequently, the extruder injects the melted polyethylene plastic into the mold, and these solutions quickly fill the grooves. As the mold continues to move forward, the filling material gradually hardens and forms. After each pair of molds is formed, they will automatically open for demolding. This cycle continues as the molds move forward, producing corrugated pipes continuously.
