Conical twin screw extruder has been used for a long time, and it is a very mature product. 

Conical twin screw extruder is mainly used to process PVC powder by plasticizing, mixing and extrusion. Equipped with auxiliary equipment, it can produce PVC pipes, profile, plate, sheet, film, as well as plastic granulation. 

With technology develops over the time, now conical twin-screws can process other types of powders such as PE and PP.

Compared with single screw extruder, conical twin screw extruder consumes 50% less energy!

The conical twin-screw extruder produced by our company adopts AC motor working ABB inverter to minimize the consumption of electricity.

The conical twin-screw produced by our company adopts AC motor, and ABB inverter can minimize energy consumption and realize speed adjustment within the range. The equipment is equipped with failure alarm, screw core temperature adjustment, energy-saving vacuum exhaust.
