PE50-250mm Pipe Extrusion Lines Testing

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996, majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 27 years. For PE pipe machine we make diameter range from 16-2000mm. We have one set PE50-250mm  pipe machine test for our customer this week.

1.SJ60/38 extruder, with 90kW motor power, capacity can reach 360kg/h, with Siemens touch screen and PLC. Operation parameter and status are integrated into the touch screen, can setup and revise rotation speed, traction speed, melting temperature and each zone temperature, etc.

2.Extrusion die, achieve precise dimensions for stable extrusion.

3.Vacuum tank. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy, inside with enforce sparyers to  ensure good cooling and forming of pipes.

4.Cooling tank, glass viewing window for easy viewing of internal tubing

5.Three caterpillars haul off machine, with servo control system, working stable and reliable.

6.Dust free cutter, cutting process is controlled by PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting. 

7.Stacker, pneumatically automatic overturn with nylon roller, to prevent scratch of pipe surface.
