PPR20-63mm High Speed Pipe Extrusion Lines Testing

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996, majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 29 years. For PPR pipe machine we make diameter range from 16-200mm. This week we tested one set PPR20-63mm pipe line for our client.

Extruder with high quality screw and barrels,Siemens touch screen and PLC. Operation parameter and status are integrated into the touch screen, can setup and revise rotation speed, traction speed, melting temperature and each zone temperature, etc.

Extruder die head ensure melt temperature uniformity, thoroughly eliminate confluence seam and reduce flaws such as bubble, black spot, unsmooth inside wall, caused by too high temperature.

Vacuum tank adjust with vacuum automatically system to save electric cost.The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy, inside with enforce sparyers to ensure good cooling and forming of pipes. Tank boy and Pipeline, elbow Tee, Union, Valves ect. are use 304 stainless steel to make sure machine can running with long time.

Haul off machine Its structure with sliding tempering glass door is beautiful and practical. Traction device with belts and controlled by imported inverter can steadily haul pipe. It also features compact structure and free-maintenance.

Adopt special automobile drive shaft to transmit power, stable and reliable. Length measuring device equipped with a rotary encoder.

Dust free cutter, Cutting process is controlled by PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting.
