Recently, Two PVC double pipe extrusion lines manufactured by our company have been exported to Uzbekistan,Zimbabwe.
PVC double pipe extrusion line is mainly is composed of a conical/parallel twin-screw extruder, a double pipe die and corresponding auxiliary machines, which are mainly used to produce two PVC pipes at the same time, which greatly enhances the output efficiency. It can produce pipe diameter range from 16mm to 110mm.
The raw material of PVC/ UPVC pipe is PVC resin, stabilizer and lubricant. It is mainly used for water supply and drainage, PVC Pipe has advantages such as light and durable, beautiful color, bright and smooth, aging resistant, long service life, excellent physical and chemical performance, chemical corrosion resistance, high impact strength.
