PVC20-63mm Double Cavities Pipe Machine Testing

The PVC double cavities production line is a first-class threading pipe production line developed by our company after years of research and development. This pipe production line has an independent control of the overall structure of the traction mechanism and synchronous cutting device.

1. Conical twin screw extruder, model SJZ65/132, advanced overall design of direct combination. Efficient screw and spiral water cooling sleeve in barrel, can realize extruding material in low melt temperature in high speed. 

2. Double cavities pipe extrusion die, two pipes can produce at same time, improve the production speed.

3. Vacuum tank, to ensure good cooling and forming of pipes.

4. Caterpillar haul-off and cutting unit, its structure with sliding door is beautiful and practical. Traction device with caterpillars and controlled by inverter can steadily haul pipe. It also features compact structure and free-maintenance. Clamping force can be adjust by vernier device to prevent deformation of pipe. Adopt special automobile drive shaft to transmit power, stable and reliable.

5. Automatically belling machine.After socket the two pipes can connect easy.
