PVC450 Pipe Extrusion Line has Shipped to South African

On 20th, May, 2019, Xinrongplas Machinery has customized one PVC pipe extrusion line for South African customer, size from 160mm t0 450mm. 

Customer is very satisfied with this machinery and it performs very well as usual.

♦ Parallel twin screw extruder specially designed for PVC material, with lower power consumption, high output, good plastic and mixing effect for PVC.

♦ Die head parts are strictly processed by CNC to ensure precise dimension.

♦ Vacuum calibration tank with full automatic water level and temperature control, providing faster calibration and more efficient cooling;

♦ Planetary cutter adopts hydraulic feeding of blade which providing perfect chamfering processing and cutting surface;

♦ U type, R type and Air blow type socket can be provided according to applications;

♦ Intelligent PLC controlling system can be chosen with human-friendly interface make the operation easy and convenient.
