1. Apply parallel twin screw extruder, model XRPS90/36, motor power 75KW, with better plasticization and practical capacity can reach 700-800kg per hour.

2. Quality extrusion dies,achieve precise dimensions for stable extrusion.

3. Vacuum tank with automatic water level and temperature control system, two chambers to ensure good cooling and forming of pipes.

4. Belt haul off machine with servo motor and servo control system, ensure fast and stable traction.

5. Planetary cutting cutter with chamfer device, cutting trolley moved by servo motor, pipe cutting stable and fast.

6. Automatic online belling machine with R type socket molds, with water cooling.
