Successful Testing of PP-R/Fiberglass Reinforced Composite Pipe Extrusion Line

Last week, our company successfully finishing the testing of PPR/fiberglass composite pipe extrusion line. The testing machine produce pipe size from 20 to 63mm.

Below is the advantage of our PP-R/Fiberglass Reinforced Composite Pipe Extrusion Line：

1.The use of high-efficient extruder specially for glass fiber reinforced plastic material, not only ensures high speed extrusion but also guarantees the service life of the extruder;

2. The specially designed adjustable composite co-extrusion die head can quickly ensure the uniformity of each layer. And the thickness of each layer can be easily adjusted online;

3. Equipped with high-speed multi-roller tension belt haul off unit. It ensures high-speed and stable traction;

4. Equipped with a high speed knife cutting machine (patented), it not only ensures smooth cutting surface, but also ensures high-speed cutting of the pipe;

5. Equipped with an accurate gravimetric system, can control the extrusion speed and output according to traction speed. This can control pipe wall thickness accurately to increase pipe quality and reduce the cost.

6. Compared with normal PP-R pipe, it has high compressive strength, low temperature deformation and minimal longitudinal retraction rate, which completely solves the deformation of PP-R during hot water transportation;

7. The whole line adopts the new generation PLC programmable computer control system to ensure the high-speed synchronous control and stable and reliable operation of the entire production line;
