It adopts high-efficiency single-screw extruder, and is equipped with Siemens brand PLC automatic control system to achieve high output and extrusion stability. The production line can be a single-tube production line or a double-tube production line, with strong applicability. At the same time, by changing the configuration unit, the machine can produce plastic pipe in various materials and resins, such as PE-RT, PEX, PB.

Our machinery adopts a specially designed spiral three-layer co-extrusion die to ensure the uniform thickness of the three layers, and the thickness of each layer can be adjusted arbitrarily. The helical split-flow die head can be equipped with a static mixing system, and the material layers are fully superimposed on each other. Compared with the traditional bracket-type die head, the internal pressure is more uniform. For PPR pipes in the form of ABA, the glass fibers in the middle reinforcing layer are arranged according to certain rules and organically integrated with the inner and outer PPR layers, which significantly overcomes the overhang phenomenon of pure PPR pipes when they are exposed and reduces the linear expansion coefficient of the pipes. Compared with pure PPR pipes of the same specification and pressure level, it saves materials, reduces costs, and is more competitive. The production line is equipped with an automatic vacuum feeder, an automatic constant temperature dryer; a specially designed vacuum sizing and cooling system, the water tank is made of stainless steel, and the multi-stage water mold cooling is used to ensure the high-speed production of thick-walled pipes and large-diameter pipes. High-torque gearboxes, frequency converters, programmable controllers, touch screens, electrical control systems, inkjet printers, etc. are all imported products. The new chipless automatic cutting saw, the cutting section is smooth and flat, with high precision and low noise. A multi-purpose machine can produce HDPE silicon core pipes, ordinary PPR, PE, PEX pipes. We provide process formula and turnkey project.
