Double-strand PVC pipe machine manufacture for Nigeria customer

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996,majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 24 years. Now we are making one set Double-strand PVC16-63mm pipe machine for one of our Nigeria customer.

Machine pictures 

Double screw SJZ 65/132 Extruder, motor power 37KW, capacity about 250kg/h. 

Double-strand extrusion Die, produced by high quality 40Cr.

Vacuum tank, length 6M. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy.The pipeline adopts the design of double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and function of temperature control.  

Haul off and cutter. Traction device with caterpillars and controlled by inverter can steadily haul pipe. Clamping force can be adjust to prevent deformation of pipe. Adopt special automobile drive shaft to transmit power, stable and reliable. Length measuring device equipped with a rotary encoder, can ensure precise cutting.

Four strands on line belling machine. The machine is PLC controlled with digital display of

temperature.
