Xinrong PEX-AL-PEX pipe production line

Introduction:

Aluminum-plastic composite pipe is the earliest water supply pipe to replace cast iron pipe. Its basic composition should be five layers, that is, plastic, hot-melt adhesive, aluminum tape, hot-melt adhesive, and plastic.

The aluminum-plastic composite pipe has good thermal insulation performance, and the inner and outer walls are not easy to corrode. Because the inner wall is smooth, the resistance to fluid is very small; and because it can be bent at will, it is easy to install and construct. As water supply pipe, aluminum-plastic composite pipe has sufficient strength.

Advantage of our line:

One step forming (European type) which is more stable and reliable, five layer formed together in one mould, it is more compact and taking less space.

For another factory’s production line, they are three step, extrude inner layer from inner layer mould, then cover with aluminum, then extrude outer layer from outer layer mould.

As three step has two moulds, one is inner layer mould, one is outer layer mould, in order to have good pipe, the central of mould must be in one line exactly and this will take time. In addition, as pipe is in small size, a little bias will influence pipe quality dramatically. Even, the two moulds are in same central line, the running extruder will have very little shock, as also pipe in small size, little shock will have influence on central of both moulds, and then, pipe will not be good.

For three step forming, the production yield will be 80-85%; for our one step froming, the production yield will be more than 95%.

The biggest PEX-AL-PEX production company in Guangdong (name: Rifeng) has bought more than 20 lines from us and they prefer this one step forming.

Also, one big company is also want us to modify their PEX-AL-PEX pipe extrusion lines which are bought from another factory.

We also use imported welding machine from USA, more stable and reliable.
