Now, the later can be either the single wall or the double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line.

On the other hand, the double wall corrugated pipe machine is used in the production of double-wall corrugated pipes with a diameter ranging from 50 to 1200mm (measured in OD).


During the manufacturing process of the DWC pipes, two single screw extruder is used in the co-extrusion which contributes to the wave-like surface.

They are double-walled and relatively thick when compared to the single wall corrugated pipes

They are light and have better and have better strength.


Application


They are used for conduction pressured air to distances


They are also used for conducting liquid wastes such as the sewage and drainage water at high pressure underground.


Due to their ability to withstand pressure and high temperature, they are heavily employed in industries for passing hot liquids and high-pressure fluids


However, the pipe extrusion machines can also be divided into the horizontal forming machines and the vertical forming machines. But most manufacturers would prefer the horizontal forming machines for the formation of the corrugated pipes.
