1. Color: The color of the MPP power pipe is uniform and the color is generally selected as the original color;

2. Appearance: The wall of the MPP power pipe is not allowed to have bubbles, cracks, decomposition discoloration lines and obvious impurities. The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth and flat, and the inner side of the cut is required to be smooth;

3. Size and deviation, pipe length: The length of each straight pipe is 6000±30mm, and the manufacturing length of the MPP power pipe can also be determined by both the supply and demand parties. The outer diameter of the pipe, the small inner diameter of the single hole and their deviations shall comply with the regulations. The wall thickness deviation of the same section of the pipe shall not exceed 12%. The bending of the straight pipe in the same direction is less than 1%.

In the actual MPP power pipe construction, the length of each pipe may not be the same as the length between the manholes. In this case, according to the actual length of the manhole, the length of the pipe is measured and cut with a hacksaw. It must be sawed flat and neat. After the docking is completed, the end extending into the manhole is required to be plugged with a pipe plug to prevent foreign objects from invading.

Because the MPP power pipe has very good insulation, it has excellent performance in electricity. For this reason, most of the power grid transformation projects use MPP power pipes, which not only have very good insulation performance, but also have a long service life. Even if buried underground for 100 years, it will not deteriorate.
