PE 16-63mm pipe production line successfully tested and will be shipped to Botswana soon

Recently, our company successfully completed the trial operation of the PE 63 pipe production line. This production line is another order after the customer purchased the PE 250 production line, and will be exported to Botswana in Africa. 

Composition of the PE 63 pipe production line:

• Extruder: A single screw extruder is used to ensure an efficient and stable extrusion process.

• Die: The extrusion die with a spiral flow channel structure is used to ensure uniform melt temperature, eliminate melt confluence marks in the pipe, and avoid stripe defects.

• Sizing and cooling system: Equipped with an efficient sizing sleeve and a vacuum sizing cooling water tank to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the pipe.

• Traction device: The variable frequency speed regulation system is used to ensure synchronous traction and continuous production of pipes.

• Cutting device: Equipped with automatic sizing and cutting function to achieve precise cutting and ensure consistent product length.

Uses of PE 16-63mm pipes:

• Water supply pipeline: Used in urban and rural water supply systems, with excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic properties.

• Drainage pipes: used for drainage systems in buildings, wear-resistant and long service life.

• Agricultural irrigation: used for farmland irrigation systems, with good flexibility, easy to lay and move.

• Wire and cable protection pipes: used for the protection of power and communication lines, with good insulation performance and mechanical strength.

During the trial run, the production line ran smoothly and all parameters met the design requirements. The PE 16-63mm pipes produced have a smooth surface and high dimensional accuracy, which meets international standards.
