PE pipe produced by PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line is widely used in water drainage system.
Below is the introduction of PE double wall corrugated pipe:
PE double-wall corrugated pipe is made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), which is extruded by the inner and outer extruders respectively. The inner wall is smooth, the outer wall is in corrugated shape. There is a hollow layer between the inner and outer walls. The pipe is suitable for a wide temperature range (-40°C～+60°C). Due to its unique structure, the product has high ring stiffness, high strength, light weight, sound and vibration absorption, high UV stability, long service life, good bending resistance, high pressure resistance, high impact strength, high corrosion resistance, cold and heat resistance.
