Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co., Ltd was founded in 1996, majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 27 years. For PE pipe machine we make diameter range from 16-2000mm. We have three sets PE20-110mm and one set PE110-315mm pipe machine ready for shipment for overseas customer recently.

High effective single screw extruder with Siemens touch screen and PLC. Operation parameter and status are integrated into the touch screen, can setup and revise rotation speed, traction speed, melting temperature and each zone temperature, etc.

Vacuum tank. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy,inside with enforce sprayers to  ensure good cooling and forming of pipes.

Cooling tank, glass viewing window for easy viewing of pipe status.

Caterpillars haul off machine with servo control system, working stable and reliable.

Dust free cutter, cutting process is controlled by PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting.
