Application of RTP pipe

Reinforced thermal plastic pipe have been developed for high pressure pipe, used in some applications to instead of the steel pipe because of its advantage of: Anti-corrosive, High pressure, Easy installation.

The middle layer is a reinforced material layer with specific angle interlaced winding, which is made of aramid fiber, polyester fiber, glass fiber and steel wire. The outer layer is a protective layer, which is generally a HDPE layer with anti-aging and UV resistance added. RTP pipe line has good flexibility and high pressure bearing capacity, can be coiled for supply, and can be quickly laid for long distance without joints. It is mainly used in the field of oil, natural gas, high-pressure water and special fluid transportation.

High pressure resistance, working pressure can reach 32Mpa (320bar). The pipes are flexible, and can be made into reels for supply when the diameter is less than 200mm. The transportation and long-distance laying are fast and simple, and the construction cost is extremely low. Impact resistance, strong deformation without cracking and leakage. Corrosion resistance, service life in strong corrosive fluid exceeds 20 years, and system cost is low. With low comprehensive cost and wide application, it is suitable for medium and long distance transportation in petroleum, natural gas, gas, chemical industry, etc. Common specifications: 3-inch - 15Mpa, 4-inch - 10Mpa, 5-inch - 8Mpa.
