PE315-800mm Pipe Extrusion Line Testing

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co., Ltd was founded in 1996, majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for more than 26 years. For PE pipe, our machine can produce diameter range from 16 to 2000mm. We have one set PE315-800mm pipe machine test for our customer this week.

1. SJ120/38 extruder, with 355kw motor power, capacity can reach 1200-1500kg/h, equipped with Siemens touch screen and PLC. Operation parameter and status are integrated into the touch screen, can setup and revise rotation speed, traction speed, melting temperature, etc.

2. Extrusion die, achieve precise dimensions for stable extrusion. With heat remove system which can exhaust heat inside inner wall of pipe and have better cooling effect.

With strong inner cooling system, to cooling inside of die head.

3. Vacuum tank with 3+9 meters type. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy, inside with enforce sprayers to ensure good cooling and forming of pipes.

4. Cooling tank, glass viewing window for easy viewing of pipe cooling.

5. Eight claw haul off machine, with servo motor and control system,working stable and reliable.

6. Dust free cutter, cutting process is controlled by PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting. 

7. Stacker, with stainless steel roller, to prevent scratch of pipe surface.
