PE32-110mm PE63-160mm pipe machine successfully tested

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996,majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 29 years.For PE pipe machine we make diameter range from 16-1800mm.This week we tested one set PE32-110mm and one set PE63-160mm pipe machine for our Iraq customer.

1. High effective Single screw extruder,,with Siemens touch screen and PLC. The special spiral barrel feeding greatly increases the extrusion capacity, with precise temperature control system ensures the plasticizing performance of the material, and the sophisticated high-torque gearbox makes the operation more stable.With automatically gravimetric system,to control extrusion capacity and haul off speed automatically. By accurate calculation, the extrusion capacity and haul off speed will match together. This will make pipe wall thickness follow the requirement exactly which will save material cost and also easy for machine operation.

2. Extrusion dies can precisely control the outer and inner diameters of pipes through precise design and adjustment of the sizes of the bush and mandrel, thereby producing pipes that meet different standards and requirements. Good die head design enables the molten material to be evenly distributed in the annular flow channel and extruded through the annular gap, thereby ensuring uniform wall thickness and good surface quality of the pipe.

3. Vacuum tank with 9 meters length,which can better adjust the uniformity of the pipe wall thickness. The pipe surface can be smoothed during the shaping process, reducing surface roughness and defects. At the same time, the vacuum environment reduces the contact between the pipe and the air, which can prevent the oxidation of the pipe surface, thereby improving the appearance quality and corrosion resistance of the pipe.

4. Cooling tank,With powerful nozzle inside, the cooling effect is better. With glass observation window, it is convenient to observe the inner pipe condition

5. Caterpillars haul off machine with inovance servo motor and servo control system,make sure the haul off more stable and reliable.

6. Dust free cutter, Cutting process is controlled by PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting.
