PE560-1200mm pipe machine on production for Middle Asia customer

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996,majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 29 years. For PE pipe machine we make diameter range from 16-2000mm. We are currently producing a PE1200mm production line for customer in Middle Asia. 

This production line will be used to produce HDPE pipes with diameters ranging from 560mm to 1200mm, fully serving Middle Asia's municipal water supply, gas transmission and energy pipeline construction projects.

Technical highlights: high efficiency energy saving and intelligent control

Advanced extrusion technology: The production line uses vacuum sizing technology to ensure accurate outer diameter and uniform wall thickness of the pipe. One-step molding avoids the need for secondary processing of the traditional internal inflation method, significantly improving efficiency and reducing safety hazards. 

High-efficiency plasticizing system: Equipped with a screw structure with a length-to-diameter ratio of 38:1, it achieves 100% plasticizing of raw materials while reducing energy consumption, saving more than 30% energy compared to traditional equipment. 

Fully automated control: Integrates Siemens PLC system and large-size touch screen to achieve synchronous control of host machine, traction machine, cooling system and other units, with convenient operation and high production stability.
