Main technical features of PPR fiberglass reinforced composite pipe extrusion line:
1. Using a three-layer composite co-extrusion mold, the thickness of each layer is uniform.
2. Compared with normal PPR pipe,it has the advantages of high strength, small deformation at high temperature, and low expansion coefficient.
3. The cost of producing is 5%~10% lower than that of PPR pipes.
4. The production line adopts PLC system control with HMI, which is easy to operate and has function of linkage.
