Types and uses of threading pipes

There usually have three types of threading pipes:

1.PVC and PE plastic threading pipe

The advantages of PVC and PE plastic threading pipes are anti-corrosion and anti-leakage. High quality and low price, beautiful and convenient.Normally make the diameter range from 16 to 63mm.

The plastic threading pipe can be bent naturally or has cold bending performance, and can be supplied by coiled pipe to reduce the number of pipe joints.

The plastic threading pipe has good hydraulic performance, smooth inner wall of the pipe, small resistance coefficient, not easy to scale, the flow area in the pipe does not change with time, and the probability of pipe blockage is small.

2.Stainless steel threading pipe

Made of 304 stainless steel or 301 stainless steel, it is used as a wire and cable protection tube for wires, cables, and automation instrument signals, with specifications from 3mm to 150mm.

3.Carbon steel threading pipe

The wire and cable protection tube produced by the seamed steel of Q235 is usually make at R=6D. If the R is large, the camber will be slow, and it will be very easy to pass through when threading. When the carbon steel threading pipe is connected with the straight pipe, the interface is protected with a sleeve, and then the pipe and the threading pipe are connected by welding. The purpose is to prevent the interface from being damaged by electric welding, and to protect the inside purpose of wire and cable. Commonly used specifications are DN20-DN150.

Among the above three types of threading pipes, plastic threading pipes are more widely used and have greater demand!
