315-900mm HDPE pipe production line

Recently, the customer from Uzbekistan customized the Ф 315-900mm HDPE pipe production line from our company.

Through years of practical experience, the HDPE water and gas supply pipe production line developed and produced by Xinrong technology has unique structure, novel design, high degree of automation, convenient operation, stable and reliable continuous production. The pipe produced has moderate rigidity, strength, good flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and good heat fusion performance, which has become the first choice of urban gas transmission pipe and outdoor water supply pipe.

Single screw extruder:

The main extruder is a new type of high-efficiency single screw extruder, which is produced with leading technology and has the performance of high-efficiency feeding, low friction and high output energy consumption ratio; the selected high-efficiency screw is controlled in the melting and plasticizing process, and the melting of materials is optimized, high-efficiency and stable, thus increasing the production capacity.

HDPE mold:

1. The die is designed with spiral structure, forged with high-quality alloy steel and chrome plated on the surface;

2. The core is electrically heated with high temperature control accuracy;

3. The heating ring is divided into many zones, and the temperature of each zone of the mold can be adjusted and controlled;

4. The air cooling device is used inside to ensure the effective control of the core temperature of the mold.

Vacuum Tank:

1. The vacuum tank adopts the super long design and has the advantages of fast and efficient cooling;

2. Various nozzle styles, wide range of atomization angle adjustment

3. High flow rate, strong atomization and efficient cooling.

4. Quick opening fixture, convenient for disassembly and installation.

The caterpillar Haul-off machine：

1.The haul-off machine adopts multi track structure, the pipe is evenly stressed, not easy to deform, and the traction is more stable and reliable, which can realize the stable traction of the pipe;

2.Each caterpillar can be independently controlled and switched to meet the production requirements of different pipe diameters;

3. It can be controlled by servo motor;

Cutter

The cutter adopts two cutting methods with and without dust, which can cut the pipe accurately;

Stacker

Roller pneumatic control, easy to operate.
