PVC16-630mm pipe machine on making 

Jiangsu Xinrongplas machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996, majored in all kinds of plastic pipe machine filed for 24 years. For PVC pipe machine we make diameter range from 16-630mm, now we have PVC16-110mm, 125-315mm, 355-630mm 3 production lines on producing for our customer.

1. Double screw extruders   

2. Extruder Die, produced by high quality 40Cr, flow channel is chromed after mirror polishing. 

3. Vacuum tank, length 6m. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy.

4. Haul off machine, its structure with sliding tempered glass door is beautiful and practical. Traction device with V type rubber block caterpillar and controlled by imported inverter can steadily haul pipe.

5. Dust free cutter, cutting process is controlled by imported PLC programmable controller, realizing precise cutting.

6. Belling machine, socket on line. The machine is PLC controlled with digital display of temperature.
